Venue launches demand ceremony, guest experience and operational precision. Here, that was layered onto a live AFLW fixture, where two events shared one site with no room to pause if something ran long. Staffing, catering and guest flow had to integrate around the match-day operation without disrupting it; any clash risked the launch feeling bolted on rather than genuinely part of the day. Staffing and equipment were coordinated against the match-day run sheet from the outset, suppliers briefed to the same schedule, and guest flow managed as one integrated timeline.
The launch celebrated Henson Park’s new grandstand with a polished guest experience that complemented the AFLW atmosphere rather than competing with it. It was delivered on time and without disruption.
