The Assembled Live Co is a production-first event management business based in Sydney, led by Mitch Jamieson. We take responsibility for the moving parts so your team can focus on stakeholders, content and outcomes.
Most events are planned well. The challenge is delivering them properly when conditions change in real time: when a supplier runs late, a session overruns, or the weather turns an hour before doors.
Based in Sydney. Delivering across Australia.
We take ownership of delivery from the first briefing through to final pack down. One point of accountability across suppliers, venues, budgets and stakeholders.
That starts with planning that anticipates the day rather than describing it. Run sheets built to the minute where it matters and left flexible where it doesn't. Budgets tracked against a live position rather than reconciled after the fact. Supplier scopes written so there is no gap between what was quoted and what turns up on site.
On the day it means someone senior holding the schedule. When a delivery is late or a session overruns, the decision gets made in the room, quickly, by someone with the authority to make it, not escalated to a client who is mid-conversation with their CEO.
Most of this work sits in the corporate and brand space: conferences, leadership events, product launches, roadshows and activations. Events with enough moving parts that coordination alone isn't sufficient, and someone has to be accountable for the outcome.
The objective is straightforward. Clear ownership, confident decisions, and an event that runs the way it was designed to.
Agencies win work on ideas. Delivery capacity determines whether the idea survives contact with the day.
We integrate into agency and client teams as a delivery partner, adding senior structure, production experience and on-site leadership where extra capacity is needed. Sometimes that means leading delivery outright. Sometimes it means sitting underneath an existing producer and taking the technical scope off their desk. The brief sets the shape.
Common engagements: lead producer on a project the agency has sold but can't staff at senior level; production partner alongside an in-house team; on-site leadership for a build or activation; delivery oversight across a multi-city roadshow; stakeholder management where a client relationship needs a steady hand.
The practical version is that we fit into how you already work: your documentation, your client-facing rhythm, your supplier relationships. We are not there to rebuild your process or put our name on the work.
For brands and internal teams without a dedicated events function, the same applies. You get senior delivery capability for a specific project, without hiring for it.
Production-first means the technical scope is settled early, not negotiated on the day.
We work in close partnership with audiovisual, staging, lighting and broadcast teams, yours or ours. The work is specifying what the event actually needs, aligning suppliers so their scopes meet rather than overlap or leave gaps, and building a show flow that holds when timings move.
It also covers the parts people only notice when they go wrong. Bump-in sequencing that doesn't put three trucks on one dock at the same time. Sightlines checked against the real seating plan rather than the render. A contingency for the microphone that fails during the keynote.
We delivered the AFLW grandstand launch at Henson Park in September 2025, where a venue launch shared a site with a live AFLW fixture. Two events, one site, no ability to pause if something ran long. Staffing, catering and guest flow had to integrate around the match-day operation without disrupting it.
Read the AFLW grandstand launch case studyNo surprises. No noise. Controlled, confident execution on site.
No. We're based in Sydney, but we work wherever the project takes us. Most of the work we deliver includes interstate travel, and we've supported events across Australia.
Yes. We often work alongside agencies as an extension of their team, managing delivery while fitting into the way they already work. That can be lead producer, production partner, or on-site leadership for a specific build.
That the technical and operational reality of the event drives the plan, rather than being retrofitted to it. It's the difference between an event that is coordinated and one that is genuinely delivered.
